Expert Guidance

Receive a detailed report and a 1 hour coaching session with a Health and Wellbeing Coach. This session aims to give you a comprehensive understanding of how your physiology and psychology are working with or against each other over the course of the day, contributing to either improved or diminished energy levels. The Health and Wellbeing Coach will work with you to establish some practical strategies to promote recovery and preserve energy levels.

Repeat assessment

After receiving your report and coaching from a Health and Wellbeing Coach, we encourage you to return to your day to day activities and try to implement everything that you have learnt. The benefit of a repeat assessment is that you can see the improvements in your recovery or revisit strategies with your health and wellbeing coach to strengthen your profile further.
